hi i have noticed in recent months theres a lot new pegs on the market these days from a number of different companys.

there to date isnt a official peg thread so here it is, i am only adding the info to all models, brands so on of scooter pegs, but would like users of the products to post reviews also the maker/brand owner if they would like to add info please do, im not going to put pros & cons bout each due to the simple fact that you all fight too much. i will start with australian brands not only due to im a aussie but indeed the scooter peg was first started in australia.

Quebec pegs were first out in May 2007, which makes them the first actual scooter pegs if I might specify.

not trying to cause a fight or anything, but dude VIPER Scooter pegs, were made & started to be sold to the public, way before may in 2007, they only stopped making them in late 2008 & they made them for a few years

proof: coedie dovovan's old videos shows in the DSC VIDEO'S riding 2 viper pegs front & back, there also was a older video showing better peg stuff not on the dsc videos showing a whip to ice on a box to whip in, the first org dsc videos were removed only sum remain

this video shows coedie riding a back peg most of the vid, uploaded before MAY 2007 http://www.youtube.com/user/TheCoedie#p/u/18/a9sUeEU6w2g

10how long are district pegs. it doesnt even look like the front peg would go on the rail on a double peg grind

ive tested down to 40mm which still is practical, but i beleave 45mm is the min

districts are like 45mm or around this, there also very thick compared to other models on the market, the pictures of the pegs dont do them any good, how ever after recently seen them on a scooter in your scooter thread they dont look to bad fitted

i do beleave personaly they could do a few diff size models in the future, cause depending what set up you ride, sum decks & forks need a smaller or bigger back & front peg to make them line up

but yeah ive tested sizes like districts indeed they work fine, cling to rails so on but i do perfer over 45mm long, any longer then 55mm makes it ether too long to allow the headset to rotate or lean on corners, ramps so on if there too long u cant ride correctly

Oh right. They weren't made like any of the pegs since QCS though. I remember they were more like a lengthened axle and were pretty small in diameter, which made them pretty hard to use on grinds.

But yeah, then QCS were the first pegs that used the bmx design which made putting 2 pegs on 1 wheel possible.

r your bacicly trying to making a fight, considering i was speaking of viper pegs, not SOA pegs which were skinny axle style pegs

viper pegs indeed are not like my first SOA pegs we sold, there basicly same as a bmx peg steel scaled down, basicly QCS style before may in 2007

another point is they were able to be used on one side or both at the same time on a scooters deck or fork, i even myself before may in 2007 like meaning years before this date, used ride pegs every day, most times only one side, yet i was able to make 4 pegs fit

i honeslty beleave viper made the first scooter pegs for sale, not QCS

they ALL DO u just have to put spacers between the fork and the peg

not every model above will work on inward forks, example the ones with the small axles built into the pegs, the mutts & no brand models wont, there axle is too small to be able to fit a spacer between the fork leg & peg

but yeah most above do work on inwards im pritty sure i adding info to which do & which dont ill be updating it soon, as theres more retailers for each brand/model also i forgot shop-s5 make & sell pegz

I never wanted to start a fight here. Where did you get that from in my last post?
All I know is I have never heard of bmx style pegs before vipers.

All this figthing is getting pretty immature so Ill just leave it to that.

bump

so many people are asking bout pegz & making new threads just to ask if they fit this or that, maybe we can just use one thread like a sub forum thing, it would help if all the companys or designers testers so on would post there info on there product with a compatible forks & decks list

also reviews from riders wouldnt hurt
