Billy did not bend his He thought he bent it people told me it wasnt bent at all.

I broke the prototype but that was a prototype so yea

no i never bent mine i found out that my fsa cup is all messed up on the bottom and it makes my bars farther back then wat they used to be. at first it looked like the headtube was but it really wasnt

Broken, Cracked or Bent Phoenix Decks.

We have a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. I have only received ONE (1) warranty claim since we started selling Phoenix decks in December and that was Billy Evers. He is now cool that it was his headset not his deck.

Anyone who claims that they have "Snapped" a Phoenix deck is not being honest. No one has contacted me for a warranty other than Billy and i told him point blank that i would warranty his deck without question. I would only ask to be sent the deck in question just like any other manufacturer to make sure it really is a defect and to use that to make our products even better.

I will warranty any Phoenix deck that is legitimately broken within the warranty. I am committed to standing behind our decks.
