Edit:Counter Clockwise and I spin with my right hand clockwise (my writing hand) if that helps maybe? Some people might not throw it with there writing hand, but anyways I catch it with me left hand. Just keep practicing man.

there is also the cheater way its easier stll counted as a bar spin though. you turn on of your hands around before you do it than it goes around much easier.

no. never ever do that. it makes it look dumb and it doesnt even make it more easy.

It doesn't matter. You can spin either direction and barspin with either hand. Learn to spin and barspin both ways, that's something a lot of people actually can't do.

Personally I find it better to spin the bars the way I spin, wich is to the left. I think it kinda makes the truckdrivers look nicer?

Well, I'm weird i do mine with my left hand (counter Clockwise) and I do heelwhips and im ski, lol.
