i talked with Andrew Broussard and Brian Murphy last night at trhe shop and after reviewing you guys I was told to make the speech so here we go.

You guys are both starting to take advantage of your powers. Brock especially you. The whole Brian Tyscki thing was bad on all 3 of yours parts but as mods you dont do the things you did. Im leaving him banned for antagonizing you Rob but you deff attacked him. Brock you had no reason to get up in there and fuck with that business.

Brock you have been really rude lately to people and cussing too much it needs to stop. And dont do the video threads like the one you just made again please.

Rob lighten up on Brian because hes gonna be sending in a mod app and he is actually reliable as fuck for a mod and we dont want that fucked up.

You guys need to shape it up alright? Your good mods just dont fuck it up cause i dont wanna have to do this by myself again <3

Also: I kinda disagree with the rude thing, I can be sarcastic/joking a lot, but most of the members know that. And if they don't catch on, I usually apologize or let them know whats up. As far as Brian goes, I really didn't do anything except make him, and rob laugh. I didn't make anything worse.

And I apologize about the video thread, I went and locked it.

Aside from everything else, I will watch the language. But if I see any other mods mouthing off, I will call them out. I enjoy nothing more then filtering my own posts.

Just to clarify, Dustin, I told you last night that if you felt someone was at fault for something then you can discuss it with them in the admin section since you are a mod too. That is also all I recall saying on the topic.

That aside, the rules apply to mods and admins even more so than regular members because you are expected to lead by example. Also, editing titles or any other part of a persons profile or posts (unless their sig is stretching the page) is not cool.

Someone removed captainbarbosa's (or something close to that) signature because it had a pot leaf. If you're going to do that, you can't be a pussy about it. Message the person and tell them you removed their signature and why. Kids get pissed when "some mod removed my sig, and I don't know why!?"

I wasn't questioning what you did. I just wanted to make a point that I don't think anyone else said... editing posts/signatures we ARE allowed to do. Just have to make sure you have a good reason to back it up. Message the person telling em what's up, why you did it, and give a warning if necessary.



Btw, how often do you guys use the infraction system? It's actually gnarly as fuck.

I think I overuse it haha.. I haven't given as much lately but the past few weeks I gave out easily 30+ infractions mainly due to ignorance and flaming certain people constantly.
