I was super scared to do them, but it makes me mad when I'm a ------ so I just convinced myself to try them, and I got them after like 15 minutes. Just dont go into it like a double peg, go slower, so that your gonna end up falling in, and try and get into a nose manny position, maybe a bit lower. There was one that I held for literally 3 or 4 seconds and landed, it feels SOO good haha

Oh and learn them on ledges first, just stalls, I do em all the time at my house, it's different on a quarter, but it helps you practice holding it.
