Tbh I think he has over tighten the head set .. Will take it apart later on and see if can do anything with it . But if you mr saying dw . Then if it the same when it's put back together it can stay like that Thanks

Hi all .. Trying to help gf little brother out .. He's Just brought new scooter everytime he jumps and lands there a pinging / ting sound coming from around the head set area . Everything is tight .. any help would be grate . Thanks . P.s is threaded
