    Apex Quantum fork problem

    After about 4 months of using my Apex Quantum forks, I got new wheels and wanted to put them on. When I undid the axle, the wheel was surprisingly hard to take off, and I am having trouble putting wheels on. I presume that the fork has been tightened too tight to tightened for too long.
