Where do I put the locktite?

So I have had my new setup for about 2 weeks with Envy reaper bars, oversized envy 4 bolt clamp, prodigy 2015 fork and ihc compression. After half an hour of riding my compression is extremely loose with the bolt almost falling out of the compression. Please help me.
