ehh not really unless you blast your music. they'll have a more crisp sound, but it's not really noticeable unless you generally listen to loud music. and you'll need a separate amp for those, if not, they'll sound pretty cheapy/crappy. stick to pioneer, kenwood, or infinity reference. infinitys...

Any amp will work as long as the RMS output matches the RMS of the sub, which in your case would be 1,000. Like I said, Menace makes good amps. Pioneer makes amps, as well, so you could stick with the brand. Or Rockford Fosgate makes pretty decent ones.

broke my district bars that i had for two days trying to get them off of my forks. shim got stuck. crossbar snapped. cracked through the IHC shim getting it out. broke my addict headset earlier this week. and my 9 month old razor bars are bent and cracked. fuck me haha. all new stuff soon.

This.. IHC is awesome but the way Blunt went through with it is just weak. I love IHC forks but they aren't even compatible with all bars, shit's so annoying. I'm done with mine haha, I'd stick to the SCS.
