what HIC kit is it?

i have a black Proto fullsize SCS. its not messed up, but i broke snapped 2 bolts in it. i fixed it, mimimal damage to the clamp, and have brand new stronger bolts in it. comes with another bolt just in case. here's some pics: (sorry for the big pics)
