Lol Keon5 are you kidding me? If people made longer forktubes and shims for HIC less parts would break. The stress at the slit is almost entirely removed if the forktube goes another inch or an inch and a half above the slit. I've had my bars and forks for over a year now and not a damn thing...

Haha on the topic of caring about my scooter: I don't care about asthetics. I made many shiny perfect scooters and they just do the same thing, chip chip chip. So i gave up on it looking pretty and just make sure the ride quality is top notch. I need to swap some new grips onto my scoot soon...

I've seen one broken so far, the brake holes crack but thats a non-important issue. I've ridden the 5 wide 83 HTA on weird bars and I thought it whipped nicely. It's not that heavy at all. Personally I'd get the 81.5 x 19? or whatever size the small one is. And I'd get it now, while the sale...
