You could, but it would raise your bars 2 inches higher. Just get an old piece of 1.25" OD tubing, put the shim on it, and put it in the HIC bars/slit. Might have a hard time removing it though

Get a 4 inch long, 1.25 inch ID x 1.375OD tubing, weld it to the bottom of your bars. i think it's 1.375 but i forget
