It's the urathane on your wheel. I've had the same problem for ever. I switched my back wheel to harder urathane and it's fine.

Ill trade you a turqouise Eagle, a poor conditioned Proto (cut in the urathane, an tiny drills in the core that make no difference in strength), and a 100mm Micro w/ a pink core. Ill put up pics soon.
