well, i put my friends buffs on for him 2 days ago, and yeah, they took like 2 hours but.....i stretched the clamp with plyers, then put the clamp on the bars.....i then put the bars on the fork and got a vice and tightened the clamp together to help the angle out. then i just put the screw in...
