yeah they are hahaha. i thought it would be a good idea at the time. and yeah the next one i do will be just square and not have the pinned overhang like that one does.

Yeah when i make another soon the headtube will be completely different. But i cleaned up all the overhang so the bearings still go in fine.

well i dont know how to explain this very good but i would drill two holes in the deck (get it all aligned) and put a bolt if you can get ahold of one,put like two bearing spacers on it (do this to both sides) and like get the plate from under some folding mechs,or just a piece of metal and...
