What size are the bolts for the Phoenix Smooth SCS clamp? Where can I buy them?

Yeah, they're not stripped, they just won't move when I try to loosen them. The bolts have been really sticky to turn after like a week of having it.

All but one of the four bolts on my Phoenix SCS clamp are completely stuck in place. I cannot turn them at all. Any suggestions for loosening them so I can take off my clamp? Also, has anyone else had this problem?
