Ok so I'm wanting to make some T bars but I'm stuck on how the crossbar is welded to the downtube, do I have to cut out a semicircle to sit the crossbar in? And yes I know about welding etc.

Ok guys so I rawed my scs and tilt forks, then tryed to polish them, the clamp came out like a mirror but the forks are still raw? It didn't do anything to them?

Ok, so I've tightened both wheels to the tightest I can, yet they both wobble side to side slightly ( all the rest of the scooter is dialled except the wheels)
