Edit: My axel is stuck on my nut is not all the way on it is brand new i was screwing it on and it was really hard to get on. finnaly I got it 1/4 on my allen key starts making a clicking noise like its stripped but its just a bolt, Im using the right allen key and socket. any help?

when I put in a bolt through my addict it got stuck just a little bit above the bearing almost the same and when I try to hammer it in it dosent do anything. the bolt also looks a little bent.
