Wrong parts
I ordered a VertX Primo Pro complete with HIC. The scooter is great, the service was OK, they have not replied to an email I sent. I am blessed with having a machine shop in my garage, so I remachined the clamp to 1 3/8" ID. My 11 y.o. grandson wasn't about to wait for any reshipping...- Patzpaint

I can't see where I had an option, but, why would they ship a standard clamp with oversize bars? the order was for a complete scooter.- Patzpaint

Wrong parts
I picked up my VertX today and went to assemble it but the clamp was a Standard, and the bars were Oversize. Is this a common occurance, or am I just the odd one?- Patzpaint
