About a photo editing trick

What do I need to do to make a picture appear to have three of myself in it? Like if I use a burst function on a camera and I wanna lay the images over each other?

Take a sequence and just cut yourself out of the frames you want.

oh i see. Is there an easy way to cleanly cut myself out? like without having to just trace with the mouse and have all these jaggy lines?

if you have the same background in all of the pics, just layer them in photoshop. youll need to manipulate it a little but it should come out better since the lighting and shadows will be the same.
