we're starting to get spam accounts/posts/threads again.... ive seen at least 3 or 4 in the past few days. if this doesnt get fixed, we're gonna end up having alot of problems.

We get spam accounts all the time, just few of them. I just delete them whenever I see them.

Yeah, we do get them pretty often. Just I'm seeing more lately than the usual.

I delete them as long as they don't say Moderated before the thread title. As long as the members don't see it, I think it's pretty fine.

i just dont want the forum to get riddled with them, we should figure out how to get rid of it. they've been popping up alot lately.

Ive noticed lately that they post in an actual thread, instead of just making new threads.

Joe, be sure to delete all of them even if they say moderated. Because some of the spam bots have the same IP addresses, so the more IP addresses you ban, the less of them there will be. It's like eradicating a disease.
