Are aluminum forks really that bad?

I have tilt legacy forks like are aluminum forks that bad do they feel different then steel forks like is it as big of a difference as alu vs steel bars

aluminium forks are good.

I honestly haven't been able to tell the difference between the two other than the weight. I've ridden both. Both are just fine.

most forks are alu these days, the forks are lighter and they can be strong but that depends on the brand. for example I would say in general tilt forks outlast strikers (for most people) as strikers are liable to bend. this depends of course (I know someone on this forum has had strikers for like 8 yrs)
