Well, I have am about to buy some new blazer pro forks (£40) and Blazer Pro SCS (£39) but I just saw Blunt Declare (£74) and I could buy a new Blunt Clamp (£20) so which is better, are the Blunt Declare IHC any good?

I would get the scs, only because having a scs is much stronger than having a slit in your bars...

I loved the IHC forks, best compression out in my opinion. Too bad I snapped three, but I break alot of forks.

This.. IHC is awesome but the way Blunt went through with it is just weak. I love IHC forks but they aren't even compatible with all bars, shit's so annoying. I'm done with mine haha, I'd stick to the SCS.

i had to trade a friend for some small bars about 19 high to use it. :(

Well, the bars have a slit and the fork diameter is thinner. So in theory it's weaker. Could be pretty light though. Probably lighter than HIC. But then again, some SCS setups are lighter than HIC setups. So it's a tossup. I would say go for SCS as it's easy to install and very very strong.
