BMX makes it easier to ride park?

All ride bmx and are good at it too. Does this help them get the air they get or the flow-ness they have in their scooter riding? It just seems that riding scooters would seem easier than riding a BMX in some aspects, thus better scooter riding?

it helps. once my bmx friend could 180 on bmx he got 360 on scoot easy. he can now 360 bmx
