Bolted foldy trouble

I know this is the simplest mod in the book, but I am having extreme trouble getting the bottom axel out LOL. Help?

Yeah I am studying that right now but it isn't helping. It doesn't say how to get it out it just says pull it out

no, u know that little plastic ring covering it, remove that, then use needle pliers to remove the tube thingy

that black thing is a pain in the ass to move thto
i just used a little flathead and stuck it under there and twisted, lifting it up
then i used pliers and yanked it off

Oh yep I got it. I just shoved the pliers in the plastic thing and hit it with a pillow. LOL
