its easy bro, you just drill it out.
you dont need any special tools, i know everyone has to have a drill somewhere. just ask your dad to drill it out for you, or you could do it yourself. I would do it but i have no time.

lol i dont have anytime because im leaving for the beach in 2 days, i have summer school, and a job. the only time i ever get is on my lunch and like right now. but its to late to drill it out here, i will wake my parents and neighbors up. if you want to buy it for 20 shipped lemme know.

if your interested im going to be going to nj from the 3rd to the 12th sooo im going to be riding goshen skatepark in cape may alot because its close to my beach house in wildwood crest. if your anywhere near there we can meet up and you wont have to worry about the shipping bs.
