Deciding whether to change to 22h. bars from 21height

Is that better you think? Im 5 9' and i ride razor lo bars right now but im getting a whole new hic setup and im getting black HIC vipers 22h. by 16w.
do you think its better to go up one inch higher or worse?

alright that'll be perfect then man thanks it'll probably make it easier then and not annihilate my back xD well its not that bad but it hurts sometimes and that sucks
16w bars will be so much easier for barspins
