Drilling a hole

Hi,
i want a pheonix flex fender for my grit scooter because the brake i have is loud, but i do not have holes for the bolts on top of my deck, how can i go about drilling one?

Put brake on top of deck, where you would have it in position. Mark hole. Drill hole. Install.

remember to countersink it so the bolts fit flush

Idk what you are laughing about. It was a perfectly fine question. It's not like has asked how to use a drill.

And yea just mark the hole and drill through it and then use a little bigger drill bit and drill just a little bit down again so the bolt is flush with the deck.
