Dsa Deck saver = breaking scooters faster?

My friend Rich and i both have deck savers and I really like them but he has already broken two decks with them not the dropouts or anything but the foldy breaks completly in half and mine is broken too. Do you think its because were riding alot harder because we think our scooter isnt going to break? idk

the thing is that when you make your deck stronger, then the foldy is the weakest spot, not the dropout It is the same thing with box reinforcement;)

well seeing as the dropouts are pretty much unbreakable with it on, all the pressure is now on the next weakest spot = the foldy

What you should do is just ride your deck until your foldy starts cracking really bad, then put them on. This goes with any reinforcements, as well. That way you get the most of your deck.

i dont think most people can do that though idk, if your like me i bend decks really quick but then they dont actually snap for like a couple weeks and if i was to wait to put on reinforcements i wouldnt be able to cause my deck was bent to much
