I ordered an addict deck from the on sunday, four days ago, and when I check my order status, it says I have not bought anything yet. I emailed both collin, and the store and they are not responding after 2 days. I am not worried about when it gets here, I'm worried because they are not replying to my emails and chats and I have gotten no confirmation that they have shipped yet.

Yeah they seemed super legit at the start, Collin raised my discount from 10% to 17% just because I was confused about the discounts! But now, he finally replied back but all he said was that the order was refunded. I was like, what? why? He just said, I don't know we'll get it figured out. Like really, c'mon man

I also ordered an addict deck from them on sunday, but i ordered bars headset and grips at the same time.
I got my tracking info about 2 days later and it'll be here next week.
Not sure why i got mine but you didn't.

We just had an error in the system. I emailed him back, and it's fixed.

it's not fixed, he won't respond to my emails or messages and it's been over 2 weeks since I ordered it

they are usually legit at least with me. maybe its something to do with addict not being a USA company and it more than likely has import taxes sorta like how blunt was. only thing i can say is be patient, their legit

It's all figured out. We talked about it and he said to wait to put it up for him, then he emailed me and it took me 3 hours to get back to him. haha
