Ever burnt yourself?

Today I was bombing my quarter mile driveway down to this little dip in it at the end which is sorta fun to ride. I hadn't done it in a while and there's this gravel patch at the end which I didn't wanna have to stop suddenly for it and get a flat spot so I was braking the whole way down. I got to the end and flipped my scooter up to see that my wheels were ok and grabbed the brake and burnt the shit out of my hand. Hotter than a motherfuckin' cookie sheet. I went and put my hand in the creek for about 5 minutes and then sulkily walked up my long ass driveway. Cool story eh?

Ever burnt yourself with your brake? Or what's the last thing you burnt yourself on?

And I'm even more pissed cause my new bars come tomorrow that won't hurt my back and my hand has a giant blister. FUUUUUCK.

yeah i did on my flex fender i think they get the hottest easiest but now i just put my foot down and put my back wheel up and sometimes to a little powerslide to stop if im going really fast so i dont burn myself on my brake accidently

same with my flex fender, i was walking into my friends house and picked it up, when i did, my arm made contact with the break. I still have the burn mark

Meh, I always burn myself on my brake, I always get blisters too. I popped a huge one today that took up almost my whole palm.

My buddy crashed a quarter to bank hip and landed on the scooter while it was still standing and it burned his leg because his shorts went up hahaha

Fell the other day and accidentally put my arm on my rail which was sitting in the sun for like 2 hours

Spilt boiling water on myself today trying to make Some Top Ramen noodles-_- hurt like a mofo but its on the backside of my hand so i can ride still:)

Ramps at the park are black painted steel. You don't wanna fall during the summer, I've got scars to prove it.

Other than that, I've burned myself on fires, while cooking, from my brake, and once cuz I touched the spot where someone had just done a burnout in a car.
