I tried numerous times, but I always flake out after like a month or so. I used to go to the climbing gym though like 3 times a week a while ago, that was good, but I just don't have time for that shit anymore because of school. So pretty much, riding is the only exercise I get nowadays and it's shit, because I barely ever ride because of school, so yeah, my body's fucked up. I'm thinking of getting a kettlebell though and actually committing to the 300 workout for like a year haha, see how that goes..
