Fakie Sliders

Whenever I try a fakie slider, I just end up lifting up my front wheel, not sliding out And tips? Do wheels matter? Because all I have is crappy old razor wheels. What are the best wheels for sliders?

Old razor wheels are actually sick. Just practice them they're not impossible. Also try leaning over your bars more

what i did when i first learned them is that i would turn the wheel the opposite way that i want to turn(because when you are riding fakie it will move your scooter the way you want to turn) it will give you a slight carve and then quickly turn your wheel the other way while turning your shoulders and dragging your arms along with you. leaning foward would help too. i would just practice it a lot and eventually it will come. once you get used to it you probably wont even have to carve into it; but it normally feels and looks more steezy when you do.

learn fakie manuals first, then dip the front wheel and turn the bars and it will resist slightly.
lean back far as possible.
practice.

You just have to keep your weight centered over the deck front to back and left to right.

yeah fakie manuals are irrelevant and way difficult. just pull your shoulders towards the back wheel and that should keep your weight distributed and your wheel lightly resisting the service to get the fakie slider
