So i'll start. I'll add more later.

SCOOTERS AND PARTS.

I'm new at scooters. What should I modify first on my scooter?
1. Take your folding mechanism apart and lock it with bolts. Read here.
2. Put a real skateboard grip on your deck. (PS! Razor pro-model griptapes are not.)
3. Reinforce your forktube, so it wouldn't snap above the headset. Tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrdHuvudwDQ

Where can i get a Razor Pro-model?
http://www.razorama.com , http://www.skates.com , http://www.amazon.com

Where can i get a Micro Bullet/Sprite?
Don't get one if you don't want to waste your money for the biggest POS.

Where can I get RAD bars?
RAD bars aren't made anymore.
You may peek into "Sell your stuff" section and look if anyone sells.

Where can I get iScoot bars?
http://www.myspace.com/i_scoot

Where can I get WEE bars?
http://www.toukeratas.com/weebars

Where can I get BUFF bars?
SR store, but it is closed.

Where can I get SR forks?
SR store, but it is closed.

When will SR store be open?
Please be patient and wait.

FORUMS, POSTING AND REPLYING.

How do i post a picture on the forum?
1. First, upload your picture to a realtime server, e.g. ImageShack.
Your computer is not a realtime server, so please forget your idea about adding "C://My Documets/mypic.jpg" links.
2. After you've uploaded, reply to your desired thread and type the following:
Code:
[img]http://www.YOURSERVER.com/YOURPICTURE.jpg[/img]

i don't know how you would word it, but something like:

"Q - I'm new here and i hate being labeled as a "noob", what are things I could do to prevent this?

A - Read the forum rules (here--> http://scooterresource.com/page.php?1 ) and do not break them. Most things like making stupid posts or not searching for topics already discussed is what gets people aggrevated about newcomers.

There is also a thread where you can introduce yourself here - http://scooterresource.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?100997

In general just check sticky'd threads (the ones at the top of every section) and follow the rules, and you will be set"

again, i have no idea how to word that good.. but anyone think that concept might be good in the FAQ section?
