So i saw the thread about the new shop in Australia.
I was intrigued about it, so sent them some mail, and got a reasonably fast reply.
Here are my emails, and the reply.

Yea... I've talked to that dude a few times. Aside from not being able to read his english half the time he seems like a total kook. Also, James is not banned and never has been but this guy has... a lot. I don't think he understands english when I try to explain the rules to him.

I like how that fork is "100% aussie designed"... makes Aussies look bad if he is going to try and play that P.O.S. off as something original which it most definitely is not as you can tell by that picture comparison.

I told him he could resell my stuff in Australia when the new stuff comes out like ten times so I don't even know what this guy is up too.

People copying my designs makes me flattered, not jealous... but they are still my designs and they need to come up with their own. Just keep him out of the forums until he decides to learn English and stop being a douche.

Definately.
I'd love to have some sr metalcores out here..
But yeah, i'm sure sending him a friendly cease and desist order, then asking about resale again could work wonders.
And yeah, he is making Australians look like lazy f**ks, who can't design anything..

Yea, I guess I'll talk to him again. I really do need a distributor in Australia like what Madis does. This dude seems kind of crazy but if he is willing to sell my stuff down there and you guys can get ahold of it finally then it would be worth it.

I really would rather support a rider owned company like Madis because I'm pretty sure this dude is just another person looking to profit off the sport (which I don't mind as long as it is going to someone legit). When I first started talking to him I checked out his myspace he had going and all the photos were just stacks of duplicate video games for PS3 and xbox360 and he had an ebay account selling banned games in AUS or something and he was importing a bunch of shit. Basically he just converted his business from video games to scooters which is why he came out of nowhere so fast. He already had a business up and running, he just changed his product and jumped into a new market.

Fair enough.
Yeah, we definately do need a SR resaler out here..
For us to get parts from Madis is WAY too expensive, and although i know its worth it, i really would rather not pay enormous amounts of money to get them. Hopefully you can talk some sense into him and he'll actually understand how business works.

yeah thats a bunch of BS. Aus original my a--. its cool that hes making metal cores and all, but def not that hes taking the SR designs
