FSA Impact + Best way to clean/Lube bearings

Im going to get integrated headset soon and im thinking about an Impact. Should i do this or is there another one better? And another thing, What is the best way to clean your Headset and is there something special you should do when putting them on at first or what?

clean your headset like you clean wheel bearings, pretty straight forward

P.S. you will probably never have to clean them ever, had mine for 3-4 months and i havent cleaned it once, and its as fast and smooth as the day i opened em

P.P.S. sinz integrateds are pretty dope, running one right now, or a cane creek.

oddysey, shadow, blunt(envy), fsa impact, or animal. and you really only need to just wipe the dust off the bearings every once in a while
