Having Trouble With SZ built in HIC clamp?

I am sponsored by and work for shopecx, and by working on scooter in our mobile store i found that SZ built in HIC clamps were very tight on the bars, and difficult to remove. i tried stretching it and that didnt work, then i tried hammering, and it still didn't budge! I ended up cutting the clamp off and giving the kid a new shim and district clamp. the next day another rider had the same problem, i brainstormed and found the most simple solution. I beat myself up on how simple this is, and that i didn't think of it the day before, so this is a video tutorial on that solution if you too are having trouble. ^ I'd rather have a double lite or a normal lite district over one of those any day, they work amazingly with different bolts an if your not too stupid to know how to put your scooter together

yeah thats why i gave him a district. there great clamps, i love them i got one when they came out, and just got a new one just for looks, as the first one still worked fine just banged up. And in the store that day those were the only 2 over-sized clamps we had, and since i didn't think of this solution before i HAD to cut it off since hammering was a last resort, and bent the clamp to crap. and i dint want to give him another one because i didn't know i would figure out this simple solution. you can also just sand the bars down but im not to fond of that idea, and you have to have knowledge of the tightness before you put your bars on. in most situations thats not the case.

yeah im sure not all of the clamps have this problem, but the handful of these that i worked on all had this problem, so i cant be the only one so i wanted to make this to help them because there was no information to help me.

district clamps strip,who cares if your clamp is an ounce lighter?
