Well here is the problem i was riding a while ago and i blew out my bearings as you can see in this photo the metal things from the bearings are still in there. and i can't get them out any suggestions?

try to pry a screw driver an allen under it or go through the wheel and bang it out

i used a punch tool to get it out when it happened to a phoenix wheel.
its a bitch but it works.
