help with clamps

Hey guys,
are threadless forks, headset needed to have a quad clamp?

You need a compression. If you get HIC Compression, you will need an oversized clamp.
If you get SCS, you do not need a clamp, but an SCS system, which is a fancy clamp with a bolt that goes through it and into your forks.

You also need to insert a starnut into your forks or bars.
Just go on youtube and search for "scooterzone tutorials".
