HIC Dimentions?

Hey guys,

Gonna be making my own HIC bars. Does anyone know the Inner Diameter and Outer Diameter of them? Thanks

Just asking- are you sure on the wall thickness?

Standard bars are .065 and I thought Oversize were .065 also

.058 is used so they are easier to get on, at least that's what I know some people were doing. I had bars that had a .058 wall thickness and they lasted me a year, worked perfectly.

Yeah, if I were you I would wait for a solid answer from someone who has made their own bars first. I know Tom Kvilhaug (TomK, he's an admin on here) made his own bars a few times. A couple others have, as well, but I can't really remember many of them. You could always email a company to find out. There's also a tutorial to making your own bars but I don't know if it has HIC metal sizes and thicknesses.

bar size is 7/8ths inch. or something close to that
