Horrible service

i ordered bars december 5th and they came the 27th.. they never answered one call either. never ordereing from them again. always get horrible service.

You will get your order. It will take a while though. I have ordered a few times from lucky in the past. Don't be surprised if you get the wrong color, too. That happened to me twice.

So, i ordered 300 dollars worth of parts of lucky scooter, and they said they send out a email about the order, and a completion order, and then an email from UPS or UPSP, (Im canadian) that my order is shipped, and a tracking order.

Ive gotten the first email about me placing the order, then a completion email On the 19th. Its the 30th, and i havent gotten a email from UPS. Also I asked costumer service about it. And they said that the completion email means that he looked over it.

I asked a staff in the live chat, and they said that the completion email means that the order has been shipped out.

Im confused and want to know whats the truth.. ect..

first problem. eh.

Well Im just gonna let you know right now, if theres a tracking number, Lucky did there part. If you havent even contacted the post office, there really isnt any reason to start a new thread making a company look bad

Ever heard of something called US/Canadian border customs? You know, that thing where they inspect your package to make sure it is legal...

You ordered parts from lucky. AND expected them to come within the first month. Your hand should be in your palm .
