how to bog up fork threads

can someone say/show how it works, it would be best with photos and alot of detail as i want to do this to my spare threaded forks as a have a spare stock rup fork but want to use scs on my spare scoot i will build.

"bog"...lol. You take JB-weld and rub it all over the fork threads and then you sand it smooth and wala!

thanks man, how much do you need? i just need enough for a razor ultra pro fork in a scs, would it use up more than http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/J-B-WELD-...355?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item25799acdf3 size (28gx2, one is the steel the other the epoxy)


also after how long do you sand it?
