How to get bearings out of metalcores

I have some old crappy bearings I don't want anymore stuck in my wheel. Any help?

I Got An Allen Key(4mm) And Pushed Them Out( So You go through the one on the outside and push the inside of the other bearing)

get a gun and shoot them.

IF YOU DONT WANT THEM. take an allan key and stick it diagnoly into the wheel so the end of the allan key is pressing against the edge of the bearing. HAMMER THE SHIT OUT OF IT. once its out, to get the other one out. take a razor pro back wheel axle and stick it through the bearing so the head of the axle is facing into the wheel. then, stick the allan key into the top of the back axle.. hammer the allan key.
