Things you'll need:

One Razor steering column (Downtube) from a pro mod / old A
One BMX seatpost like this:

Make sure the post you use fits in the Razor steertube.
One piece of HIC tubing, I recommend getting it really long, then cutting it down later just in case. HIC tubing is size 1-3/8ths with a .058 wall, and 1/4th ID.

A drill with a 5/16ths drillbit
2 Razor front axles.
1 crossbar that fits the seatpost.

Alright, so what you're going to do is cut off the tapered part of the Razor steering tube, so it fits in the HIC tubing. Apply some tape to the seatpost so that it fits snugly into the Razor downtube.

After that, tape the bottom of the Razor steertube, and jam that into the HIC tubing. The tape keeps everything from spinning, which is a pain in the ass when you drill it out.

Then, drill two holes clear through all 3 pieces of tubing, and bolt them together with the front axles. You need two holes, somewhat spaced apart (mine are roughly 4.5 inches apart) because with just one hole, the post might wind up pivoting a little. Cut yourself a slit and you're good to ride. (although you'll need an HIC kit, available from Lucky scooters or TSI)

There you go. I know people would rather just buy 1 pieces, but this is pretty fun and customizable.
