your scooter wont work without a clamp unless you take off your front wheel and manuel down a big hill.

First you have to make sure you cut speed holes in your head tube, deck, urethane, and brake. Then you have to make sure you use starnuts as barends and squeeze the two sides of the bars together. Once you do this your scoot should be nice and solid with no twisting bars or rattley wheels.
