I have viper bars and I have a razor fork and headset. Do I have to cut a slit?

yes they definately do... nothing a saw and drill woint fix

yes use a slit and drill a hole at the top of the slit if u have to make your own it keeps it from cracking

Yes sir, should come with a slit unless your cutting em down.
