I'll go first.
I was going to go to the skate park on my bike for half hour, then to the dirt jumps for an hour, then do some street on my scooter.

Winter = 60 degrees and Really Really Cold Nights

Spring = Allergies and Wind

And by really really cold you mean 30 degrees.
In north dakota it has been a high of -20 fpr two weeks on end, with even lower wind chill.

That being said, it's gorgeous outside when it's -20 and sunny with no wind. Makes me want to ski all day.

New Jersey goes over 100+ in the summer and in the negatives in the winter. Plus, it snows all the time. During the fall, everyone gets sick because of allergies. Spring rains really often.

NJ has weird weather. Fall's probably the best season, although right now I'm sick, so I can't do much.
