i can stick a forktube in there so they are 22 high w/ scs, and i can try to get a 20 wide cross bar.

A forktube what? Why not just get new pipe?

b/c thats more money and i dont know anywhere around here where i can get an aluminum pipe. im not buying one from sr b/c for that price i could just buy an eagle. if you stick a piece of broken forktube in the steer tube then you can use them with an scs without any trouble/worry.
