this seems to be a major problem. pretty much everyone has been experiencing this, try using a bolt & a nut instead of the provided axle? you might be able to crank it tighter.

I'm going to do this in about an hour or so and go back out to ride, I'll post the results.

maybe try using speed spacers from a skateboard truck (if you have a board..) to fill in the empty space? they're real thin, i feel like 2 of them would work.

ok. i was thinking about puting some washers in between the wheel and the spacers then using some loctite but ill try the new nut/bolt idea too.

i dont think loctite will fix it, from what ive seen, the dropouts dont flex enough to really close the gap. probably has something to do with the 2 diagonal walls in the deck.

Nut and bolt is a no go, the way the dropouts are designed tightening the axle cannot be tightened because of a small extrusion that rides alongside the stock bolt.

Do any of the razor axles fit? They come in three sizes, small med and large. I feel like medium would fit?

I don't have one nor have I ridden one so I'm not sure. Greg's idea with the skate washers seems like it'd work since I had to do that for my SMXs a few times.

If the bolt is loosening on its own, wrap it in Plumber's tape.

the axel that comes with it is just like a razor one, but black, maybe a little stronger.
i think the problem is more that the spacers are a little too small for the deck, or that when you tighten the bolt, the deck it too damn strong, that it doesnt even squeeze together enough.

I fixed mine and my scooter dialed you im using a tilt peg and axel. All you really have to do is tighten it a shit load its a pain in the ass though.

You need to make sure that the spacers fit PERFECTLY, and that the diagonal ends are against the diagonal wall EXACTLY right.

you just have to tighten it, wait for it to come loose, do it until it stays tightened, that's what I did and now it's dialed as shit
