Almost every part that Lucky Scooter Parts manufactures includes a 90 day limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect. It does not cover abuse, bending or braking from throwing your scooter, or getting it run over by a car. If you have a reasonable issue with a defect within 90 DAYS of your purchase please send us an email at
info@luckyscoot.com with your name, order number, product name, description of the issue, and a photo. We will determine if we have enough information to process the warranty otherwise we might ask you to send in your bent, broken, and/or faulty product back to us with every single part included in the package (even if the product is broken in multiple pieces). We will inspect the product and then send out a new one at no cost. If you have an issue with a part that was purchased over 90 days ago we will gladly hook you up with a discount for a new one if we deem it is a manufacturing defect.
